I was fortunate enough to be asked to join a one week mission to Bhutan related to climate change resilience planning. I managed to explore Thimphu, take the Dorchula Pass over to Punakha, and to hike up to the famous Paro Takseng (Tiger’s Nest Monastery! What a great experience.

Getting to Boston was a three year journey. After two years spent trying to run a qualifying time, I finally made it in the 2015 Vancouver Marathon with my 3:09:30 qualifying run.
